1. Late Return Charges: In the event that the borrowed equipment is returned after the agreed-upon return date, a late return charge will be imposed. The late return charge will be calculated at a rate of 2x  daily rental price for each additional day that the equipment is not returned.
2. Calculation of Late Return Charges: The late return charges will be calculated based on the daily rental price agreed upon at the time of renting the equipment. This charge will be applied for each day the equipment is not returned until it is returned to our premises.
3. Responsibility for Tracking Return Date: It is the responsibility of the tenant to keep track of the equipment’s return date and ensure its timely return. We recommend setting reminders and planning accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
4. Communication of Late Return: In the event that you anticipate a late return, please notify us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate an extension, depending on the availability of the equipment. Failure to inform us about a late return may result in additional charges.
5. Agreement to Pay Late Return Charges: By borrowing our equipment, you agree to pay the late return charges, as outlined in this disclaimer, in the event of a late return. The charges will be calculated based on the number of additional days the equipment is not returned beyond the agreed-upon return date.
6. Binding Agreement: This disclaimer forms a binding agreement between the tenant and our company. It is important to carefully read and understand the terms before borrowing any equipment.
